Silver is a nickname I used for myself as a kid and still like. I prefer the sound of "Silver's Geckos" over "Hayley's Geckos."

How do I put a Gecko on hold?

Terms of Service
All purchasers are automatically assumed to have read and agreed to these terms.
A 25% deposit of the total, including shipping, is required immediately to hold a gecko.
Payment plans are available. Payment plans for totals $1,000 and under are for 6 weeks: 25% payment to hold, 25% payment after 2 weeks, 25% payment after 4 weeks, and a final 25% payment at 6 weeks. Extended payment plans for totals over $1,000 can be arranged.
If another payment is not made within 4 weeks from the previous deposit or payment, your payments will be void and the gecko(s) will be available again.

All geckos should be paid in full within 6 weeks from the initial deposit. If the gecko(s) are not paid in full within 6 weeks, your payments will be void and the gecko(s) will be made available again.
If there are extreme circumstances, let me know about know about them BEFORE the day that payment is due.

All deposits and payments made are nonrefundable and nontransferable. You are unable to transfer your deposit to another gecko.

Shipping
Shipping is available for the 48 continental US states and Canada.

Geckos can only be shipped in temperatures between 40 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. It must be between those temperatures in all locations the gecko will be. The gecko will be held for no additional charge while waiting for acceptable weather. A heat or cold pack will be provided when needed.
Warranty
Geckos are guaranteed to be in perfect health when I ship them. I am happy to provide as many pictures and videos of the geckos that you want.
All geckos will be well packaged for shipping and are guaranteed to be alive on arrival pending that the gecko arrived on time. If the gecko is DOA I must receive proof within 30 minutes of marked delivered by FedEx (NOT 30 minutes from when you open the package). If held at a FedEx hub, the gecko(s) must be picked up by noon or the warranty is void. In the case of a DOA the purchaser will receive 50% off of any one future gecko of equal or lesser value then the DOA gecko.

Sexing Policy
Sexing is not guaranteed on temperature sexed animals or those below 30 grams. Temperature sexing and sexing of animals 15-30 grams is about 80% accurate.

If for example you buy a temperature sexed female and it appears male prior to it being shipped, it does not qualify for a refund. However, I would replace it with a visual female of the same morph if desired, if I currently had one one available of the same value.
